I’ve had a wonderful experience with Carson and Anastasia! Carson was so friendly and helpful when giving my daughter a tour of the apartments, and Anastasia has been amazing at answering all of my questions thoroughly and promptly. The apartment community is beautiful, clean, and quiet, which is exactly what I was looking for. Everyone has been so kind, professional, and helpful throughout the process. When this community was managed by Greystar, living here was genuinely a pleasure. The office staff was responsive, professional, kind, and always willing to help. Unfortunately, since Royal Properties took over, the experience has gone downhill. I’ve lived here since the property first opened—I was one of the first tenants to move in (tenant #13). I pay a premium to live here, including extra for a lake-view apartment, and it’s disappointing to see how far this community has declined. The office staff is consistently rude and difficult to communicate with.
